In order to honour the artist Mathilde Denize’s invitation, SUZANNE took possession of a short video format to embody the theme of the fifth number of the ECCO review : EDGE (BORD). Considered as a vessel, a dynamic or a possible direction, SUZANNE’s hands dive in an up-marine atmosphere in which they hope to touch with her fingertips the limits beyond the frame.

Peripheral-hands, object-hands, boundary-hands, border-hands, crew’s unconcerned hands manifest in chorus, the most precisely possible the smallest indication of change on board of this big vessel. A possibly drunken Boat that a change of rhythm can make clearer, MON BATEAU, with many hands, disappears towards new shores, waiting to see a brighter tomorrow.
